We pride ourselves highly on the level of attention and coaching that we provide to each of our members in every session. Chalk Up is on an entirely different level when it comes to coaching and programming for the individual – providing real results!

There's no guess work with your training – we use tried and tested training protocols and techniques to get you the best results possible in the shortest time. The programming is catered to your individual ability, and WE do all the hard work for you even before you walk into the gym. Preparing and calculating your weights, percentages and scaling for each set, so YOU just have to focus on enjoying the session and the awesome community that comes with it.
