We offer small group coaching for every fitness level, and each class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

We work on Strength, Conditioning, Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting every week. Each session is structured as follows:

Warm Up



Conditioning WOD




Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

This is where we focus on the 3 main Powerlifts; Squat - Bench - Deadlift, and their variations, to help build some serious strength.

The conditioning component aligns with the specific lift of the day.

Olympic Weightlifting


This is where we break up and teach the Olympic Lifts; Clean & Jerk - Snatch, into smaller components, drills and positions to build movement patterns and develop the skill of weightlifting.

Great for beginners to learn how to perform the lifts, and perfect for advanced and intermediate lifters to hone in on their weaknesses and refine their skills and positions.

Conditioning on this day will focus on barbell cycling and building volume and practice with the barbell.



This is where we focus on the gymnastic movements; Handstands - Pull Ups - Muscle ups - Pistols - Toes to Bar just to name a few.

We work through progressions from absolute beginner that has never hung from a bar or ever been upside down, up to advanced strict gymnastic movements for the more seasoned athlete.

The conditioning component of this day is designed to reinforce the skills and strength developed in that particular session.



This session is focused on building your metabolic conditioning; Mixed Elements - Longer Time Domain - High Intensity

We use the strengths and skills that we've built during the week to push ourselves and have fun in a mixed element 30-40min conditioning workout.

This can sometimes be a partner or individual workout; either way the community and the group really gets behind each other every session, and helps push and support everyone in the class.
