Our classes run for an hour and each day of the week has a specific focus - Strength, Conditioning, Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting.
We have a targeted warm up, strength, and conditioning component for each day - as well as accessory exercises to compliment the rest of the session.
Our small group coaching is accessible to every fitness level, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or experiencing exercise for the first time.
We focus on the 3 main Powerlifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlift, and their variations, to help build some serious strength.
The conditioning component aligns with the specific lift of the day.
We teach the Olympic Lifts: Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Breaking them into smaller components, drills and positions to build movement patterns and develop the skill of weightlifting.
Great for beginners to learn how to perform the lifts, and perfect for advanced and intermediate lifters to hone in on their weaknesses and refine their skills and positions.
Gymnastics movements are Handstands, Pull Ups, Muscle ups, Pistols and Toes to Bar just to name a few!
We work through progressions from absolute beginner that has never hung from a bar or ever been upside down, up to advanced strict gymnastic movements for the more seasoned athlete.
This session is focused on building your metabolic conditioning: Mixed Elements - Longer Time Domain - High Intensity
We use the strengths and skills that we've built during the week to push ourselves and have fun in a mixed element 30-40min conditioning workout.
This can sometimes be a partner or individual workout; either way the community and the group really gets behind each other every session, and helps push and support everyone in the class.
